• Restaurant information (name, email, branch details)
• Staff identifiers or login credentials
• Table and request data (used only for real-time service management)
• Device information (browser type, IP address for security and analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:
• Provide and maintain the TablePing service
• Enable real-time communication between restaurant tables and staff
• Improve functionality and performance
• Comply with legal requirements

We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Retention

We retain restaurant and operational data only as long as necessary for active accounts. Upon account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:
• Access your stored data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent (may limit service functionality)
