Welcome to TablePing — a smart, simple table service management platform for restaurants. By accessing or using our web app or services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to TablePing (Pty) Ltd.
• “You” or “User” refers to any restaurant, employee, or individual using the Service.
• “Platform” refers to the TablePing PWA and associated web tools.
TablePing provides tools for managing table service requests, communication, and notifications within restaurants. The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis and may evolve over time.
• Restaurants and users must provide accurate information during setup.
• You are responsible for all activity under your restaurant account.
• You agree not to misuse or interfere with system functionality, data, or networks.
All branding, logos, content and software are owned by TablePing (Pty) Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modifying or distribution is prohibited.
TablePing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or downtime resulting from technical failures, network issues, or misuse of the platform. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, breach, or abuse of the system is detected.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be handled within South African jurisdiction.

This Refund & Billing Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services offered by TablePing (Pty) Ltd.
• Billing occurs monthly based on your chosen plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting info@tableping.co.za . Cancellation stops future billing, but no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
Refunds are generally not issued for partially used billing periods. Exceptions may be made in verified technical failures.
Accepted methods include EFT and authorized debit order mandate . Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service.
